We collect as little as we can get away with. This page says exactly what that is.
Household Ready is a trading name of a sole trader. We sell one digital product and we have no retail premises, so we are contactable by email at support@householdready.com. Payments are processed by Whop, which acts as the merchant of record for your purchase; their terms also apply at checkout.
What we collect
When you contact us
The contact form stores the name, email address, topic, optional order reference, and message you submit, along with the country your request came from, your browser’s user-agent string, and the time. We use this only to answer you and to keep a record of the conversation.
To stop the form being abused we keep a short-lived, salted, irreversible hash of the sending IP address for rate-limiting. The raw IP address is never written to our database, and the hash is deleted automatically after 15 minutes.
When you buy
Checkout is operated by Whop, which acts as merchant of record. Your payment details go to Whop and its payment providers — never to us. We do not see, receive, or store card numbers. Whop’s own privacy policy governs that part of the transaction, and we receive only what we need to support your order.
When you read the site
We count anonymous page views and clicks on the buy buttons, so we can tell which parts of the site are useful. We store one running total per day, per page, per event type. There is no cookie, no visitor identifier, no profile, no IP address, and no way to link a count back to a person.
Because we set no cookies and run no third-party trackers, this site does not need a cookie consent banner — and does not have one.
What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your data.
- We do not run advertising or social-media tracking pixels.
- We do not add you to a mailing list because you contacted us.
- We do not use your data to make automated decisions about you.
Where your data is held
The site and its database run on Cloudflare’s network. Cloudflare processes data on our behalf as a service provider.

Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export the personal data we hold about you, to object to or restrict our use of it, and to complain to your data protection authority. Email support@householdready.com and we will act on your request within 30 days. Because we hold so little, most requests are quick.
Our lawful bases, where that concept applies, are: performance of a contract (delivering and supporting your purchase), legitimate interests (answering your messages and preventing abuse of our forms), and legal obligation (tax and accounting records).
Children
This site and product are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of the page.
