These terms apply when you buy the Household Resilience Field Guide (“the Guide”) from Household Ready (“we”, “us”). Please read them before you buy. By completing checkout you accept them.
Household Ready is a trading name of a sole trader. We sell one digital product and we have no retail premises, so we are contactable by email at support@householdready.com. Payments are processed by Whop, which acts as the merchant of record for your purchase; their terms also apply at checkout.
What you are buying
A single digital product: one PDF of approximately 100 pages, comprising the field guide, the 7-Day Quick Start, the Economic Indicator Dashboard, the 90-Day Action Plan, and 14 printable worksheets. It is delivered as a download. Nothing physical is shipped.
Price and payment
The price is $49 USD, charged once. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Checkout is operated by Whop; your payment details are handled by Whop and its payment providers, and we never receive or store them. Any tax shown at checkout is applied by Whop according to your location.
Delivery
Access is granted immediately after successful payment, by on-screen link and by email. If your download does not arrive, contact us and we will supply the file directly. We aim to resolve delivery problems within one business day.
Your licence
You may use the Guide for personal household purposes. That includes reading it on your own devices, printing it, and sharing it with the members of your own household — several actions in the Guide specifically ask you to walk another adult through the system.
You may not resell, redistribute, republish, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Guide or any substantial part of it, nor remove any notices from it. Copyright and all other intellectual property in the Guide remain with us.
Refunds
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. The full terms are set out in our refund policy, which forms part of these terms. Where you have a statutory right to cancel a digital purchase, that right is unaffected by anything here.
Educational use, not advice
The Guide is educational material about organising a household. It is not individualised financial, tax, legal, insurance, medical, engineering, or emergency-services advice, and no professional relationship is created by your purchase. See our disclaimer for the detail. You remain responsible for your own decisions, and for using qualified professionals where the Guide tells you to.
What we do not promise
A plan can reduce avoidable failure points. It cannot predict emergencies or guarantee financial outcomes. Local hazards, contracts, household needs, and available resources determine what is appropriate for you. We do not warrant that the Guide will produce any particular result.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our total liability arising out of or in connection with your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the Guide. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, savings, data, or opportunity.
Accuracy and updates
The framework was checked against primary or official sources at the time of publication. Official guidance and release schedules change, and the Guide asks you to check the live source before acting. We may correct or update the current edition; if we issue a correction to the edition you bought, you receive it at no cost.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for future purchases. The version in force when you buy is the version that applies to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the seller’s country of residence, and the courts of that country have non-exclusive jurisdiction. This does not remove any protection you have under the mandatory consumer law of your own country of residence.
